为了进一步推进中央企业班组建设工作,国务院国资委于去年召开了中央企业班组建设现场推进会。国资委的会议,目的是深入贯彻张德江副总理关于班组建设的重要批示精神,总结交流中央企业的班组建设工作经验,全面落实《关于加强中央企业班组建设的指导意见》,努力推进中央企业班组建设工作深化提高上水平。国资委副主任、党委委员黄丹华在会上作了重要讲话为了指导各地班组建设工作,本刊将讲话主要精神摘编如下。
