Fe(Ⅲ)在稀H2SO4介质中,能催化H2O2氧化甲基红褪色反应,本文采用固定反应时间、恒定水浴温度,则非催化反应和催化反应溶液的吸光值之差 A(A0-A)与Fe(Ⅲ)浓度在0~0.4ug/25ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,由此建立了测定人发中微量铁的新方法。本法的灵敏度为2.0×10-11g/ml。
In dilute H2SO4 medium, Fe (Ⅲ) can catalyze the oxidative degradation of methyl red by H2O2. In this paper, the difference A (A0-A) between the absorbance of the non-catalytic reaction and the non-catalytic reaction Fe (Ⅲ) concentration in the range of 0 ~ 0.4ug / 25ml showed a good linear relationship, thus establishing a new method for the determination of trace iron in human hair. The sensitivity of this method is 2.0 × 10-11g / ml.
