一、统计决策咨询效益的概念和意义统计决策咨询效益是指统计部门在决策咨询过程中的智力支出和物质消耗同接受咨询部门获取有用劳动成果增加量之比。统计决策咨询活动不同于物质生产部门的生产经营活动,它不是直接参加物质的生产,而是间接地影响着物质部门的生产经营活动。其影响的深度、广度随着现代社会的发展愈加显著。正确的决策必须要有准确的信息作为决策的基础。统计决策咨询作为我国统计部门的一项重要职能,通过增强咨询的效益意识来提高决策咨询水平已显得更加重要。无论是对促进决策的民主化、科学化,还是对继续丰富和完善统计整体功能,都具有十分重要的意义。
I. The Concept and Significance of the Benefit of Statistical Decision-making Consultancy The benefit of statistical decision-making consultation refers to the ratio of the intellectual expenditure and material consumption of the statistical department in the decision-making consultation process to the amount of increase of the useful labor obtained by the consulting department. Unlike the production and business activities of material production departments, statistical decision-making consulting activities do not directly participate in the production of materials, but indirectly affect the production and business activities of the material departments. The depth and breadth of its influence have become more and more obvious with the development of modern society. Correct decision-making must have accurate information as the basis for decision-making. As one of the important functions of the statistical department in our country, it has become more and more important to improve the level of decision-making and consultation by strengthening the efficiency awareness of counseling. Whether it is to promote democratization of decision-making, scientific, or to continue to enrich and improve the overall function of statistics, are of great significance.
