我矿磷矿石多伴生有少量天然放射性物质。在地下开采中,其小剂量长期照射对人体的影响如何?其说不一。为利于开采工作的正常进行,利于给放射性损伤早期诊断提供依据,近两年多来,我们重点对井下工人,进行了病史、症状、查体及血象等对比分析观察。根据初步结果可以认为,长期接触小剂最放射性物质对人体未有造成不良影响。 (一)基本情况 我矿开采浅海相沉积的磷块岩矿床。含磷层天然伽玛强度要比围岩高,最高达15倍之多。据测定,磷块岩中放射性元素铀含量为0.002~0.012%,天然伽玛强度一般变化在26~128γ之间,最高154γ;在与磷块岩呈互层产出的磷硫铝锶矿中,放射性元素铀含量为0.018~0.035%,天然伽玛强度一般为22~179γ,最高达200γ。
