目的:探讨应用微种植体支抗矫治成人严重骨性Ⅱ类错畸形的临床疗效及治疗方法临床要点。方法:对11例骨性Ⅱ类错患者,采用滑动直丝弓技术,进行双尖牙减数矫治,在上颌第二双尖牙和第一磨牙之间的颊侧分别植入微种植体,在更换至稳定弓丝后利用种植体整体内收前牙,平均治疗时间为24.6个月,于治疗前后拍头颅侧位片,进行头影测量分析。结果:患者颜面侧貌得到明显改善,磨牙在前后向和垂直向未发生显著性移动,治疗后U1-SN、U1-NA、LS-EP明显减小,差异均具有统计学意义,而Ms-CFH、Ms-FHP、U6-RL差异无统计学意义。结论:微种植体支抗能够有效矫治成人严重骨性Ⅱ类错,并达到磨牙强支抗效果。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of micro-implant support in the treatment of severe skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion in adults and its clinical treatment. Methods: Eleven patients with skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion were treated with bicuspid anterior approach by sliding straight wire arch technique. Micro-implants were implanted on the buccal side between the second maxillary second molar and the first molar , After the replacement to stabilize the arch wire using the implant as a whole adduction anterior, the average treatment time was 24.6 months, before and after treatment of the cranial flap, head Cephalometric analysis. Results: The facial appearance of the patients was significantly improved. There was no significant movement of the molars in the anterior, posterior, and vertical directions. The levels of U1-SN, U1-NA and LS-EP were significantly decreased after treatment. The differences were statistically significant. However, Ms- CFH, Ms-FHP, U6-RL difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Micro-implant support can effectively correct severe skeletal Class II malocclusion in adults and achieve strong molar support.
