目的:使用3种根管桩,通过测量根管内不同位置树脂聚合程度,比较各种根管桩的侧面导光性,探明导光棒在根管树脂重塑固化中的作用。方法:制作不锈钢根管模型,根据根管桩类型,将样本分为3组(导光棒和2种纤维桩作为对照组),对树脂进行光照固化后,采用显微硬度仪测量树脂努普硬度。每个样本在距光源不同深度(1-9mm)及距根管桩的不同距离(d1=0.5mm,d2=1.5mm)进行测量,共选择18个测量点,另测量树脂顶面(距光源0mm)硬度。采用SAS6.12软件包对结果进行统计学分析。结果:同一组内d2比d1处硬度值低,差异具有统计学意义,3组努普硬度值下降幅度无统计学差异。从根管口至根尖,3组努普硬度值下降幅度不同。导光纤维组下降幅度最小,纤维桩B组最大。导光纤维与纤维桩A组和纤维桩B组之间两两比较,努氏硬度均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:导光棒导光性能优于2种纤维桩,采用导光棒辅助薄弱根管树脂重塑的固化效果最好。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of light guide rods on the resin remodeling of root canal by using three kinds of root canal piles, by measuring the degree of polymerization of resin at different positions within the root canal and comparing the lateral light guide of various root canal piles. Methods: The model of stainless steel root canal was made. According to the type of root canal pile, the samples were divided into three groups (light guide rod and two kinds of fiber piles as the control group). After the resin was cured by light, hardness. Each sample was measured at different depths (1-9 mm) from the light source and at different distances from the root canal pile (d1 = 0.5 mm, d2 = 1.5 mm). A total of 18 measurement points were selected and the top of the resin 0mm) hardness. SAS6.12 software package for statistical analysis of the results. Results: The hardness of d2 was lower than that of d1 in the same group, the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the decrease of Knoop 's hardness among the three groups. From the root canal to the apical root, three groups of Knoop hardness decreased by different degrees. The light guide fiber group decreased the least, and the fiber pile B group was the largest. There was a significant difference in the hardness of Knoop (P <0.05) between the light guide fiber and the fiber pile A and the fiber pile B respectively. CONCLUSION: The light guiding performance of the light guide rod is better than that of the two kinds of fiber posts. Light guide rod is the best for curing the resin with the weak root canal remodeling.
