“教研员”是一个约定俗成的称谓,特指省、市、县三级教学研究机构中从事课程、教材、教学、考试、评价等研究的专业人员。建设一支素质精良的教研员队伍,对于较好地贯彻落实教育方针、政策,帮助教师较好地领会课程标准和教材编写意图,组织开展区域性的教学研究,促进学科教师的专业发展,其作用是不可或缺也是无以替代的。
“Teaching Researcher” is a customary term referring to professionals engaged in research in courses, teaching materials, teaching, examinations, evaluations, etc. in teaching and research institutions at the provincial, city, and county levels. The construction of a contingent of well-trained teaching and research personnel will help teachers to better understand the curriculum standards and textbooks writing intentions, and organize and carry out regional teaching research to promote the professional development of subject teachers.
