目的掌握九江市农村改水前后的生活饮用水水质卫生状况,对比改水前后生活饮用水水质监测结果,评价其效果。方法对九江市2010-2011年7个改水项目县(市)工程点的饮水情况进行调查并对水质进行检测,依据《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)进行评价,对比改水前的水质结果进行数据分析。结果改水前采集水样560份,合格281份,合格率为50.2%;改水后共抽取水样570份,合格314份,合格率为55.1%;改水前后水质的合格率差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.73,P>0.05)。如改水后不计算余氯指标,改水后合格331份,合格率为58.1%,改水前后水质的合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.09,P<0.01)。结论九江市农村改水后解决了农民饮水难的问题,是利民的好事;但改水效果不令人满意,主要是微生物指标超标,原因是大多数饮水点未消毒处理,有消毒设施的工程后续消毒维护工作不当,九江市部分农民的生活饮用水卫生安全问题有待加强。
Objective To understand the sanitary status of drinking water before and after water diversion in rural Jiujiang, compare the results of monitoring drinking water quality before and after water diversion and evaluate the effect. Methods The drinking water conditions of seven water improvement project counties (cities) in Jiujiang from 2010 to 2011 were investigated and the water quality was tested. The water quality was evaluated according to the standard of sanitary drinking water (GB 5749-2006) Before the water quality results for data analysis. Results Before the water change, 560 water samples were collected and 281 were qualified, the pass rate was 50.2%. After the water was changed, a total of 570 water samples were taken and 314 were passed, with a pass rate of 55.1%. There was no statistical difference in the passing rate of water quality before and after water diversion Significance (χ2 = 2.73, P> 0.05). For example, after changing the water, the residual chlorine index was not calculated, and 331 were passed after the water was changed. The pass rate was 58.1%. There was a significant difference in the passing rate of water quality before and after water diversion (χ2 = 7.09, P <0.01). Conclusion After water improvement in rural Jiujiang City, farmers have solved the problem of difficult drinking water, which is a good thing for the benefit of the people. However, the effect of water diversion is unsatisfactory, mainly due to exceeding the standard of microorganisms because the majority of drinking water points are not disinfected and disinfection facilities Follow-up disinfection and improper maintenance of the project, some farmers in Jiujiang City, drinking water health and safety issues to be strengthened.
