在教师专业发展背景之下,出现了教研组与年级组的矛盾,本文拟对教研组活动如何体现专业领导作风和怎样注入反思实践进行理性思考。
Under the background of teacher professional development, the conflict between teaching and research group and grade group appeared. This paper intends to make rational thinking on how the teaching and research group activities reflect professional leadership style and how to inject reflection into practice.
