变频器在工业生产中的应用日益广泛,对变频器的控制也因此成为实现生产自动化的关键技术之一。基于NI公司的图形化软件(LabVIEW)平台,利用其VISA通信模块开发了一套LG变频器监控系统,并详细描述了监控系统的硬件环境配置和软件程序设计。用户可利用该系统对变频器工作状态进行实时监控,有较好的实用性,且该系统在试验平台上测试运行良好。
The frequency changer in the industrial production day by day the widespread application, to the frequency changer control therefore has become to realize the production automation one of the key technologies. Based on NI’s graphical software (LabVIEW) platform, a set of LG frequency converter monitoring system was developed by using its VISA communication module. The hardware environment configuration and software program design of the monitoring system were described in detail. The system can be used by the user to monitor the working status of the inverter in real time and has good practicability. The system is tested well on the test platform.
