聚对苯乙炔(PPV)具有电导、顺磁、能量迁移和转换等特性,其应用研究很热很广,但其在吸声领域尚未见报道过。将PPV与石墨烯、铜酞菁等材料按一定比例共混成膜,制得了新型导电复合薄膜吸声材料。结果表明,该薄膜吸声材料具有宽吸声频带和较强吸声能力,在声波125~4000Hz频率范围内的平均吸声系数大于0.5,最大吸声系数达到0.99,同时是在中低频范围(125~1000Hz)内吸声性能远比一般吸声材料优异。
Poly (p-phenylene vinylene) (PPV) has the characteristics of conductance, paramagnetic, energy transfer and conversion. Its application is very hot, but it has not been reported in the field of sound absorption. The PPV and graphene, copper phthalocyanine and other materials by a certain percentage of the blend film, prepared a new conductive composite film sound-absorbing material. The results show that the film has a wide absorption band and a strong absorption of sound absorption in the frequency range of 125 ~ 4000Hz acoustic average absorption coefficient is greater than 0.5, the maximum absorption coefficient of 0.99, while in the low frequency range ( 125 ~ 1000Hz) sound absorption performance is far superior than the general sound-absorbing materials.
