以不同类型碳纤维制备了纤维含量不等的碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)片材,通过对片材结构与性能进行分析发现:CFRP片材拉伸强度与模量基本符合质量混合定律的描述,表明碳纤维的力学性能在复合材料片材中得到了有效的应用,发挥了其绝大部分的有效性能。同时针对强度和模量的混合定律的线性拟合中,直线截距项的数值还较大,这说明片材制备过程中仍然存在着较大的性能损失,这也是后期工艺调试需要着重加强的。
Different types of carbon fibers were used to prepare CFRP sheets with different fiber contents. The structure and properties of the sheets were analyzed. The results showed that the tensile strength and modulus of CFRP sheets were basically in accordance with the mass mixing law, indicating that carbon fiber The mechanical properties of the composite sheet has been effectively applied to play its most effective performance. In the meantime, the linear intercept term of the mixed law of strength and modulus is also large, which indicates that there is still a large loss of performance in the process of sheet preparation, which is also the need for emphasis in the post-process debugging .
