压力容器焊缝的返修是在产品刚性拘束较大的情况下进行的。返修次数的增多,不但会带来时间和材料的浪费,而且还会造成产品质量的下降,返修次数一般不宜超过两次,因此,必须提高一次返修合格率。我公司承建的丙烯球罐(材质为日本容器用钢SPV36N,壁厚42mm,容积400m~3,焊缝总长260m)共拍片1060张,其中返修片19张。由于采取了相应的措施,使一次返修合格率达100%。现将提高焊缝返修合格率的主要措施介绍如下。 (1)根据现场实际情况,拟定返修工艺,待评定认可后作为返修工作中的指导性文
