按照世贸组织(WTO)规则要求,我国必须选择的产业竞争力培育机制模式是市场机制起基础性作用而行政干预起弥补作用,这种形似被动的选择与我国市场化取向改革中产业竞争力培育机制演进的情况和趋势具有内涵的一致性,它表明我国社会经济发展所需要的产业竞争力培育机制就是世贸组织所要求的产业竞争力培育机制。
According to the requirements of the WTO rules, the mode of cultivating industrial competitiveness that our country must choose is that the market mechanism plays a fundamental role and the administrative intervention plays a compensatory role.
