随着“学前教育三年行动计划”的推进与实施,农村新建幼儿园如雨后春笋般拔地而起,现在的各个乡镇都有焕然一新的园舍,宽敞的活动场所,硬件设施一流,真正实现了学前教育的飞速发展。但在其他方面却存在很多的问题。比如,“小学化”倾向严重,教师“保姆化”依然存在,教师培训力度不够,编制不够留不住人才等,这诸多的问题都是农村幼儿园普遍存在的。
