现代人的生活日趋多彩,花样也越加绚丽,许多人都普遍希望自己所处的生活环境独具特色、内涵丰。其在酒店这一层面,其修的环境更是一个比一个豪华,一个比一个档。然而,许多人谈及酒店装修,尤其是星级以上的酒店,人们总摆脱不了以高档大理石为主角的装修设计套路。总觉得只有高档大理石才是豪华气的唯一标准。其实不然,像这样的所谓装修标准早已不能适应当今社会发展的现状了。现今新型的酒店特别中小型的酒店只有做到投资低,回报快才能在市场中站稳脚步。固而们从酒店的定位入手,分析酒店的现状,来对酒店进行设计:该酒店位于浙江玉环县大麦屿港台商贸城的一侧,作为一个商贸半岛的城市,南来往谈业务的商客比较多。针对这样的特点,我们锁定目标客户群,根据客户的喜好、职位或生理、心理需要行设计。由此,我们将酒店定位为小型商务酒店:集餐饮、会客洽谈、住宿和娱乐为一体。
