锚拉支架是维护散体顶板极为有效的途径。本文通过相似模拟试验对锚拉支架维护散体顶板进行了试验研究 ,量测了散体材料顶板内的水平挤压力和垂直压力。试验发现有两次成拱 ,特别是首次发现在巷道上方不远处有倒楔体受水平挤压而形成的挤压力拱带 ;并发现在支架状态下其位置相当于普氏拱的第一拱处应力连续 ,拱内垂直压力递减。由于两次成拱大大降低了支架上的荷载强度 ,使简单的锚拉支架既适用于难支护的巷道 ,也适用于不难支护的巷道 ,具有极大的经济意义。
Anchoring brackets are a very effective way to maintain loose roofing. In this paper, a similar simulation test is carried out to study the maintenance of loose roof of anchorage racks, and the horizontal pressure and the vertical pressure of the roof are measured. The test found that there were two arches. Especially for the first time, it was found for the first time that there was a compression arch formed by horizontal wedging of the inverted wedges not far above the roadway. It was also found that the position corresponding to the Platts arch The stress at the arch is continuous and the vertical pressure in the arch decreases. As the two arches greatly reduce the load on the stent strength, so that a simple anchor bracket is not only suitable for difficult to support the roadway, but also for easy support tunnel, with great economic significance.
