现在,我们对于古时的茶事研究大多是基于古文献的记载,对所记述的茶具、烹饮等形象性和动态性的内容,只能凭文字来加以分析和揣度。在上个世纪七八十年代发现的一些墓道壁画,其中绘有不少茶事的内容,十分形象地再现了当时饮茶的情景。在画面出现的许多茶具和点茶动作和人物关系,都真切地为我们提供了最可靠的研究资料。所以壁画的内容,具有很高的史料价值。
Nowadays, most of the studies on tea in ancient China were based on ancient documents. The vivid and dynamic contents of tea wares and cooking described by us can only be analyzed and speculated on the basis of written materials. In the seventies and eighties of last century found that some of the murals, which painted a lot of tea content, very vivid reproduction of the tea was the scene.
