新世纪以来,国情世情党情都发生了较大变化,我们在取得较大成绩时也面临着前所未有的考验,纯洁党员队伍、永葆我们党的先进性日益成为新时期党发展的新课题。党员的教育培训是关键,高校党建在全国党建中扮演重要角色,师范院校更有其特殊性。从体制机制、方式方法创新其培训方式是师范院校党校培训应始终坚持的方向。
