南化集团研究院苯化工研究所前身为南化集团研究院精细化工研究所,长期承担硝基苯、苯胺、环己酮、4-氨基二苯胺等产品技术的研究开发与应用,并针对上述产品生产装置技术问题进行相关技术服务、标准制定等工作。拥有高效液相色谱、气相色谱、自动电位滴定仪、水分测定仪等试验分析仪器,可进行环己酮系列、硝基苯系列等产品的成分检测、物性测试等分析。拥有实验室精馏装置一套,可开展实验室精馏分离研究。随着产品业务的不断延伸,苯化工所将进一步巩固技术、市场调研,加强科研团队建设,持续提升管理水平、加强对外交流与合作,拓宽合作内容、形式,利用技术、装备、人才条件,不拘一格推进技术经营,努力打造管理先进、特色技术突出的一流研究所室。苯化工所目前完成的技术方案和工程实例:
