固氮兰藻能通过固氮酶的作用,将空气中的游离氮转化为可被作物利用的氮素化合物.藻体死亡腐解后,除可释放出大量氮素养分处,还可增加土壤有机质,提高土壤肥力.固氮兰藻喜温、好光,宜于在中、晚稻田中放养,为我省开辟晚稻肥源显示了新前景.1979年我们在学习外地经验的基础上,结合本省具体情况,进行了中、晚稻田间放养兰藻的试验.根据对鄞县、富阳县7个点13块试验田的考查,放养兰藻后,稻谷均有不同程度的增产,平均增长13.75%.但也有些地方,由于土池繁殖藻种不当,或者由于外地引进的干藻粉不萌发等,没有收到稻田放养兰藻应有的效果.下面仅就土池繁殖藻种容易遇到的几个问题,谈一些粗浅的体会.
