选育单位:陕西省绥德县韭园沟公社吴家畔大队科研站。品种名称:克选6号。材料来源:由陕西省农科院原引黑龙江省克山农科所。选育经过:1971年春由省农科院蹲点同志初引原材料(杂交选系)两个中型薯块,经二年选优去劣,1973年进行生产鉴定,1974年在全公社推广种植250亩,平均亩产4,000斤左右。1975—1978年分别正式纳入县、地两级农科所区域试验,连续三年试验结果,其中两年居第二位,一年居首位。截止今年为止,全县推广面积达5万余亩。由1977年开始、每年向甘肃、山西、内蒙及本地区各县、社调出该品种均在100万斤以上。
