医疗卫生职业精神的培育和践行是医疗卫生体制改革中必不可少的内容。党的十八大报告提出要提高医疗卫生队伍服务能力,加强医德医风建设。我国正处于经济社会转型期,医疗卫生体制改革也进入攻坚阶段,医疗卫生职业精神建设面临着巨大的挑战。培育和践行医疗卫生职业精神应努力做到:用社会主义核心价值体系指导医疗卫生职业精神建设,充分发挥政府在医疗卫生职业精神培育中的主导作用,把教育作为培育医疗卫生职业精神的重要手段,建立健全医疗卫生职业精神培育的评估机制,完善维护医疗卫生职业精神的法治环境。
