在10kg真空感应炉中,用氩作为保护气体,以碳化钙为脱砷剂,作了钢液脱砷的试验。结果表明,在试验条件下脱砷率可达90%。脱砷率,主要取决于脱砷合成渣的用量,而与钢液原始含砷量,原始含碳及温度的关系不大。钢液中的氧对脱砷过程有阻碍作用。脱砷产物原为Ca_3As_2,不过它在高温下与空气作用要变成Ca_2As_2O_7。在脱砷的同时,熔池有增碳现象。文中还对一些热力学数据作了估算。
In 10kg vacuum induction furnace, with argon as the protective gas, calcium carbide as arsenic removal agent, made a liquid steel arsenic removal test. The results show that in the experimental conditions, arsenic removal rate up to 90%. Arsenic removal rate, mainly depends on the amount of arsenic removal of synthetic slag, but with the original liquid steel arsenic content, the original carbon content and temperature is not. Oxygen in the molten steel has a hindering effect on the arsenic removal process. The original arsenic removal product is Ca_3As_2, but it changes to Ca_2As_2O_7 at high temperature with air. At the same time in the arsenic removal, the melting pool has carbon phenomenon. The article also made some estimates of thermodynamic data.
