邓小平同志南巡讲话,加快了中国改革开放的步伐。党的十四大召开,更进一步明确了当前工作的重点。物资部物资再生利用研究所为贯彻落实十四大精神,在“深化改革,转换机制”,搞好内部技术经济承包的基础上,又考虑到以“技术投入为主,经济投入为辅”,积极寻求有效的经济技术合作伙伴,为今后研究所的发展,探索出新的途径——走科研与工厂联合的道路。
