近来,神经莱姆病在北半球,特别是发展中国家的发生率有上升的趋势。关于神经莱姆病的早期诊断和有效治疗受到越来越多的关注。最近研究提示,CXCL13在神经莱姆病的早期诊断中发挥重要作用。本文对其在神经莱姆病早期诊断作用的最新进展和发现做一简要总结并对相关问题进行探讨。
Recently, the incidence of neurolemopathy has been on the rise in the northern hemisphere, especially in developing countries. More and more attention has been paid to the early diagnosis and effective treatment of neuropathy. Recent studies suggest that CXCL13 plays an important role in the early diagnosis of neuropathy. This article gives a brief summary of the latest advances and findings in the diagnosis of early-onset Lyme disease and discusses the related issues.
