霍霍巴(Jojoba)需要3～4年才结果,而且难以鉴定植株的性别。有人提出用无性繁殖方法如枝插条、组织培养和空中压条等来解决。本文研究了霍霍巴雌雄株空中压条时,采用吲哚丁酸、萘乙酸以及两者结合使用对不定根发育的效果。
Jojoba takes three to four years to make a difference, and it is difficult to identify the plant’s sex. It was suggested that asexual reproduction methods such as shoot cuttings, tissue culture and air pressure to solve the problem. In this paper, we studied the effects of indole butyric acid and naphthaleneacetic acid on the adventitious root development of the Jojoba female-male plant air ballooning.
