豫白菜一号是河南省开封市蔬菜研究所育成的中熟大白菜一代杂种。豫白菜一号生育期85天,属中熟种,植株较大,株高48.6厘米,开展度82.4厘米,叶色深绿,叶柄白色,叶球叠抱,呈倒圆锥形,球顶较平,横径6公斤左右,净菜重4.5公斤。亩产净菜6174.7～9172.5公斤,高抗病毒病、霜霉病、软腐病。耐贮性好。豫白菜一号从播种到包心始期的时间为36天,从包心始期到叶球紧实期的时间较长为48天。亩施基肥每亩施入5000公斤以上优质农家肥或150～200公斤
