嗜酸粒细胞增多症临床上经常可以遇到,但嗜酸粒细胞性胃肠炎合并腹水者较为罕见。我院曾见到一例。现报告如下: 病例摘要患者××(住院号5391),女性,26岁,已婚,南昌籍,塑料厂工人,于1977年11月6日因恶心呕吐伴腹泻壹周入院。据诉于1977年10月21日全身皮肤出现风团型荨麻疹,约2—3天,10月24日自觉上腹部疼痛,为阵发性剧痛,不向他处放射,10月31日开始有恶心及呕吐,呕吐物为胃内容物及蛔虫壹条,伴有腹泻水样便,每日6—7次,同时脐周围疼痛伴有里急后重感。既往在1973年3月份曾类似发作,在本院住院治疗好转出院。
