本文研究了玻璃纤维、碳纤维以及它们的混杂纤维分别增强混杂基体PSF/ESF复合材料的力学性能和断口的破坏形貌。文中提出一个估算混杂纤维复合材料力学性能的公式。实验结果表明,这一新混杂基体是可以被纤维增强的;用混杂纤维增强的复合材料具有较好的综合力学性能且成本较低。
In this paper, the mechanical properties of the hybrid matrix PSF / ESF composite and the destruction morphology of the fracture were studied by using glass fiber, carbon fiber and their hybrid fibers respectively. In this paper, a formula to estimate the mechanical properties of hybrid fiber composites is proposed. The experimental results show that the new hybrid matrix can be fiber reinforced; hybrid fiber reinforced composites have better mechanical properties and lower cost.
