成人中专的活力在于形成自己的优势。成人中专的办学优势,我认为有这样几点:①从送人单位看,中专毕业生便于管理,因而有输送学员的积极性,利于扩大生源。②中专的教学内容接近生产和工作实际,教学过程能使学员具有实际操作能力与水平,受企业欢迎。③中专学制能在保证培养目标的前提下相对缩短,符合企业及学员的愿望。④能将中专的学历教育与等级培训、岗位培训结合起来,同时颁发中专毕业证和中级工合格证两种证书,会产生更大的吸引力。
