九十年代我国的成人教育将面临战略性转变。这一转变的目标是以成人教育的培养目标为根本起点,从过去以学历教育为主,转变为以能力培训为主,这一战略性转变的主要任务是: 1.要重新研究和坚定确立我国成人教育以提高本职工作能力为重点的成人教育理论和教育思想,从而确定成人教育的培养目标、培养内容、培养手段和培养途径。
In the nineties adult education in our country will face a strategic shift. The goal of this shift is to start with the training objective of adult education.
