本文旨在探讨研究型医院资源结构的特征,为研究型医院可持续发展提供理论依据。研究基于“二类卫生资源配置理论”与循证决策(1+n)模型体系(“模拟试验厅”)支持平台,采用系统动力学建模思想和方法,构建研究型医院资源结构模型,并以此模型为“政策试验厅”进行模拟干预与试验,获得研究型医院的资源结构、技术效率及内生性资源配置等基本结论。
The purpose of this paper is to explore the characteristics of the research hospital resource structure and to provide a theoretical basis for the sustainable development of research hospitals. Based on the support platform of “two types of health resource allocation theory ” and the “1 + n” model system ( “simulation test hall ”), the research uses system dynamics modeling ideas and methods to build research hospital resources Structure model, and use this model as the “Policy Lab” to carry out simulated interventions and experiments to obtain the basic conclusions of research hospital resource structure, technical efficiency and endogenous resource allocation.
