随着改革开放的深入发展,人们的生活水平逐渐提高,群众性的聚餐活动日趋增多,食物中毒也时有发生。为了加强食品卫生监督检查,切实作好食物中毒预防与控制工作,提高人民群众预防食物中毒的能力,减少食物中毒的发生,本文报道1996年1月~2000年10月全区食物中毒情况,以资在今后工作中借鉴。 1996年1月~2000年10月,共发生食物中毒17起,中毒504人,死亡2人。 1 中毒概况 1.1 从中毒的时间分布看,这17起食物中毒的高峰季节在7、8、9月份,共发生食物中毒12起,占食物中毒总起数的70.59%,中毒人数453人,占中毒总人数的89.88%。
