研究了甲基黄酮丙醇胺酰胺盐酸盐(SIPI-644)对电刺激家兔左心室致颤阈值(VFT)的影响,并在等毒剂量下同甲基黄酮丙醇胺盐酸盐(SIPI-549)、胺碘酮盐酸盐(Ami)、利多卡因(Lid)和奎尼丁(Qui)等药物进行了比较。结果表明,SIPI-644在iv1.8~14.4mg/kg(0.0125~0.1LD_(50))剂量范围内包括对正常心脏、急性缺血心脏、和阻滞植物神经系统的缺血心脏均能明显提高VFT值,且对正常心脏其作用与剂量呈线性相关关系。在0.1LD_(50)剂量时,SIPI-644使VFT提高的程度显著高于各对照组,其急性毒性明显低于Lid、Qui和SIPI-549,同Ami近似。
