以中单909和吉单35为试验材料,在大田条件下设4.5万、7.5万、10.5万株/hm~23个种植密度,研究不同密度群体子粒转化酶与子粒灌浆强度的关系。结果表明,在花后10~50 d内,两个品种玉米子粒酸性转化酶呈降低趋势,中性转化酶呈先增加后降低趋势。随着种植密度增加,灌浆速率降低,子粒千粒重降低;两个品种玉米产量呈先增加后降低趋势,中单909和吉单35均在7.5万株/hm~2时达到最高产量。灌浆10~30 d较高的转化酶活性对灌浆起到促进作用;灌浆40~50 d较高的转化酶活性不利于子粒灌浆。
Taking Zhongdan 909 and Jiudan 35 as experimental materials, the planting density of 45,000, 75,000 and 105,000 plants / hm ~ 23 under field conditions was used to study the relationship between grain invertase and grain filling intensity in different density groups. The results showed that within 10 ~ 50 days after anthesis, the acid invertase of maize seeds of both cultivars showed a decreasing trend while the neutral invertase increased first and then decreased. With the increase of planting density, the grain filling rate decreased and the 1000-grain weight of grain decreased. The yield of two varieties of maize increased first and then decreased. The highest yield of Zhongdan 909 and Jidan 35 reached at 75000 plants / hm ~ 2. The higher invertase activity at 10-30 days of filling promoted the grain filling. The higher invertase activity at 40-50 days of filling was not conducive to grain filling.
