“2049项目”是中国科协及中央有关部门发起,经中共中央国务院批准实施的一项惠及全民,提高国民综合素质的长远计划。武汉市已被中国科协批准为该计划试点城市之一。该项工作得到市委的重视。今年9月6日,经市委、市政府批准研究决定,成立武汉市全民科学素质行动计划领导小组,田承忠副书记任组长,市科协、市委宣传部和市民政局主要领导任副组长,还有9个市直有关部门和组织的负责人为成员。领导小组办公室设在市科协。目前,各项工作正按照武汉试点项目实施方案有序进行。
