自结脑发病开始1周内确诊者为早期诊断,超过此标准例为误诊,1980～1990年共收治结脑病人322例,仅就其中误诊的145例进行分析,其误诊率为45.03%,误诊时间7～71天,平均25.5天。145例中城镇52例(35.86%),农村93例(64.13%)。男性58例(40%),女性87例(60%),男:女=2:3。有结核病密切接触史47例,有结核病史17例,合并原发结核11例,合并粟粒结核66
