目的研究琼岛染木树(Saprosma merrillii Lo)茎乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及光谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从琼岛染木树茎乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到10个化合物,经鉴定分别为5-羟甲基糠醛(1),3β-羟甲基-胆甾-5-烯(2),东莨菪素(scopoletin,3),异莨菪亭(isoscopoletin,4),异槲皮素-3-O-β-D-(6″-没食子酸酰)葡萄糖(5),4’-羟基-7-甲氧基二氢黄酮(6),松脂素(7),N-反式香豆酰酪胺(8),木犀草素-7-O-B-D-葡萄糖苷(9)和山海棠二萜内酯A(10)。结论除化合物3外,其余均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate in stem of Saprosma merrillii Lo. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis. Results Ten compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of ethanol extract from the stems of Qiongdao stained wood tree and identified as 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (1), 3β-hydroxymethyl-cholest-5-ene 2), scopoletin (3), isoscopoletin (4), isoquercetin-3-O- β-D- (6 "-gallate) Methoxyflavanone (6), phorbol ester (7), N-trans coumarin tyramide (8), luteolin-7-OBD- glucoside (9) Terpene lactone A (10) .CONCLUSION Except for compound 3, the rest were isolated from this genus for the first time.
