EBT(益必添)是目前在我国正在开发用于医学昆虫防制的新杀虫剂之一,本文报告在实验室条件下,EBT对蚊、蝇、蜚蠊的杀灭效果。一、对淡色库蚊(Culex pipiens pallens)幼虫的灭效: 用浸液法(WHO 1970年技术报告第443号)测定EBT对实验室培育的淡色库蚊Ⅲ龄幼虫的毒效,试验结果用Finny法计算LC_(50)值。结果表明EBT对淡色库蚊幼虫LC_(50)为0.0267ppm,95%可信限为0.02123~0.0336,回归方程为Y=9.39+2.79x。
EBT is one of the new insecticides currently being developed for the prevention and control of medical insects in our country. This paper reports the killing effect of EBT on mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches under laboratory conditions. I. Eradication of Culex pipiens pallens larvae: The toxic effects of EBT on laboratory-grown third-instar larvae of Culex pipiens pallens were determined by the immersion method (WHO 1970 Technical Report No. 443) Finny method to calculate LC_ (50) value. The results showed that the EBT was 0.0267ppm against LC50 of Culex pipiens pallens, the 95% confidence limit was 0.02123 ~ 0.0336, and the regression equation was Y = 9.39 + 2.79x.
