目前,平菇在我市有很大发展,产量逐年提高,也越来越受到城乡居民的青睐,成为主要蔬菜品种之一。但是由于菇农生产不当,不能适时出菇,造成生产效益低下,无大利可图,甚至赔本也时常出现,致使原已铺开的生产面积呈现萎缩之势,造成平菇生产大起大落,价格也随之起落,损害了生产者和消费者的利益。为此,我们根据多年生产和销售经验,认为要提高效益,除了降低生产成本,提高生物转化率外,适时出菇很重要。其栽培步骤如下:
