河北省黑龙港地区,浅层地下水多为咸水,其矿化度均大于2克/升,一般不宜灌溉。该地区年平均降雨量为500毫米左右,7、8月份占全年降雨量的80%。由于咸水占据地下“库容”,影响蓄纳雨水,这就使得该地区春秋无淡水,干旱成灾。抽咸补淡就是在汛期或客水到来之前,抽出排掉地下咸水,降低地下水位,腾空地下库容,然后由降雨或地表水补给地下水,使地下咸水区变为淡水区,从而增大地下水资源。抽咸补淡,投资较大,周期长,能否推广应用是人们关心的问题。下面以南皮试区抽咸补淡实测资料为依据,进行经济效益分析。
