黄磷又名白磷,在工业上用途很广,因此由黄磷所致的烧伤常能遇见,在战伤中也较多见。黄磷的燃点低(34℃),遇空气即可自燃,当与皮肤接触后可直接引起皮肤烧伤;黄磷氧化后遇水形成磷酸所产生的热和酸本身的腐蚀作用又可进一步损伤皮肤。黄磷毒性很大(0.5~1g的黄磷即可致死),因黄磷烧伤而在创面上残留的磷颗粒,易溶于脂类,在皮下脂肪组织内能迅速扩散而被吸收,造成全身性磷中毒,引起肝、肾、心脏等的严重损害而危及生命。因此,刘黄磷烧伤患者应立即清除残留在创面上的磷颗粒,以防止和减轻磷中毒,这是大面积黄磷烧伤救治成败的关键。以硫酸铜作为创面解毒剂用于治疗黄磷烧伤已得到国内外的公认。但是硫酸铜对人体亦具有毒性,单纯应用硫酸铜溶液冲洗创面,国内外曾有发生溶血、黄疸、肾功能和心肺衰竭的报道。同时硫酸铜用于创面会给病人增加损害,尤以大面积烧伤者更甚。因此,在临床抢救上述病例时,既要达到治疗目的,
