苯甲醇注射液为青霉素溶媒。高效液相层析法试验表明,无论在25℃或37℃放置,青霉素钾水溶液较其苯甲醇溶液的降解速度为快。本品用量很大,药典与地方标准均未收载,为了保证用药安全有效,我们对自制本品的质量进行了考察,改进了处方,制定了本品的检验方法与标准规格。一、分析方法精密量取本品1ml,加N/10重铬酸钾溶液10ml,稀硫酸10ml,置水浴上加热至无苯甲醛臭(约20分钟),放冷,加碘化钾试液10ml,用N/10硫代硫酸钠溶液滴定,至近终点时加淀粉指示液,继续用0.1N硫代硫酸钠溶液
