有关湖北钉螺分类的早期研究重点在于形态学和解剖学等传统分类方面,进而发展为数值分类研究、细胞遗传学研究、种群遗传学研究。随着分子生物学技术的不断发展,新兴技术如限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)、随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)、微卫星(Microsatellite)、扩增片段长度多态性(AFLP)等技术也陆续应用到钉螺分类研究中。本文主要就湖北钉螺分类研究进展作一综述。
Early studies on the taxonomy of snails in Hubei focused on the traditional classification of morphological and anatomical aspects, and then developed into numerical classification, cytogenetics and population genetics. With the continuous development of molecular biology techniques, emerging technologies such as restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP), random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD), microsatellite (Microsatellite), amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP ) And other technologies have also been applied to snail classification research. This article mainly summarizes the research progress of snail taxonomy in Hubei province.
