指出当前国有林业企业已处于“过度竞争”的困境 ,国有林业企业的退出已成为当务之急。本文对国有林业企业退出障碍进行了分析 ,并提出了相应的对策。
It is pointed out that the current state-owned forestry enterprises have been in the position of “over-competition” and the withdrawal of state-owned forestry enterprises has become a top priority. This paper analyzes the barriers to exit of state-owned forestry enterprises and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
