采用国产CDR-1型差动热分析仪与100型气相色谱仪,经专门设计的导气管等附件的关联,建立了微量型Q DTA/DSC/Q EGA联同热分析装置。用标准物质热分解反应对本装置进行考察,在同步性和线性方面得到与国外同类型联同热分析仪相一致的结果,并提出了EGA的定量方法(Q EGA),其准确度为±10%。本装置对研究气——固相热反应机理是一个有成效的实验手段。
Using the domestic CDR-1 differential thermal analyzer and the 100 gas chromatograph, the trace QDTA / DSC / Q EGA with the thermal analysis device was established through the correlation of the specially designed airway and other accessories. The thermal decomposition reaction of reference material was used to investigate the device. The results were consistent with those of the same type and thermal analyzer in foreign countries in terms of synchronism and linearity. The quantitative method of EGA (Q EGA) with the accuracy of ± 10 %. The device is an effective experimental method for studying the gas-solid-phase thermal reaction mechanism.
