采用离心式喷雾干燥法对钼粉进行造粒,研究浆料黏结剂含量对造粒钼粉的形貌和松装密度的影响规律。结果表明:当浆料黏结剂质量分数小于2.2%时,造粒钼粉颗粒细小,多数呈破损状态,其松装密度随着黏结剂含量的增加而增大;当浆料黏结剂质量分数大于2.2%时,造粒钼粉颗粒球形度差,表面粗糙度大,其松装密度随着黏结剂含量的增加而减小。
The centrifugal spray drying method was used to granulate the molybdenum powder to study the effect of the content of the slurry binder on the morphology and bulk density of the granulated molybdenum powder. The results show that when the mass fraction of binder is less than 2.2%, the particles of granulated molybdenum powder are small and most of them are damaged, and their bulk density increases with the increase of binder content. When the binder mass fraction is more than At 2.2%, the granulated molybdenum powder particles have poor sphericity and large surface roughness, and their bulk density decreases with the increase of binder content.
