目的:评估温州地区不同等级医院急诊科医生心理健康状况。方法:随机抽取温州地区各级医院急诊科和专科医生进行心理健康评分。结果:共调查医生188人,二、三级医院急诊科医生心理健康评分比一级医院高,三级医院内急诊科医生评分比专科医生高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:二、三级医院急诊科医生承受压力更大,同级医院急诊科医生比其他专科医生压力大,医院和社会应拟定相应的干预措施以利于其更好的服务患者。
Objective: To evaluate the mental health status of emergency department doctors of different grades in Wenzhou area. Methods: Emergency department and specialist doctors at all levels in Wenzhou were randomly selected to conduct mental health assessment. Results: A total of 188 doctors were investigated. The scores of emergency department physicians in second and third level hospitals were higher than those in first level hospitals, and the scores of emergency department doctors in third level hospitals were higher than that of specialists (P <0.01). Conclusion: Emergency doctors in second and third level hospitals are under greater pressure and emergency department doctors at the same level are under more pressure than other specialists. Hospitals and the community should formulate appropriate interventions to better serve their patients.
