目前已充分明确MR检查中静注Gd-DTPA可使肿瘤侵犯的脑脊膜强化,从而发现软脑脊膜转移瘤,然而对同时发生的脑脊液强化则很少报道。作者报道4例软脑脊膜转移所致脑脊液强化的MR表现,并对其发生机理和临床意义进行了讨论。 4例经手术、病理证实分别为未分化成松果体细胞瘤、星形细胞瘤、间变性星形细胞瘤和转移性肾上腺成神经细胞瘤。所有病例在术后均进行了随访CT、MR检查及脑脊液生化、细胞学检查。MR场强为1.0T或1.5T,用SE技术,包括头颅矢状、横断T_1WI和T_2WI象。脊柱矢状、横断T_1WI象。
It is now well established that Gd-DTPA, an intravenous infusion of Gd-DTPA during MR imaging, can enhance dura mater and thus detect dura mater metastases. However, few reports of concurrent cerebrospinal fluid enhancement have been reported. The authors report 4 cases of MR manifestations of cerebrospinal fluid enhancement due to dura mater metastasis, and discuss its mechanism of occurrence and clinical significance. 4 cases were confirmed by pathology, undifferentiated into pineal cell tumor, astrocytoma, anaplastic astrocytoma and metastatic adrenal neuroblastoma. All cases were followed up after surgery CT, MR examination and cerebrospinal fluid biochemistry, cytology. The MR field strength is 1.0 T or 1.5 T with SE techniques including sagittal, transverse T 1 WI and T 2 WI images. Spinal sagittal, transverse T_1WI image.
